Monique Klang-Voves
Monique has a background in communication design and media production. She is a qualified counsellor and founder of Kensington & Chelsea Mental Health Carers Association and former member of the PPI Forum. She is committed to better communication between carers, service users and professionals. |

Janet has been a carer for the past 30 years. She is interested in networking with carers across the Trust and ensuring that the important role of carers is properly financially. |

Frances Celia Thomas for Harrow
Celia has worked for 40 years as a registered nurse and is currently working on the theatre admissions unit at Northwick Park hospital. She has served on the UKCC Nursing Council as a member from 1979-83, a Secretary of State nomination. She is due to retire in September 2010 and would like to put her energy into giving back to the community of Harrow, believing that her expertise as a health professional whould hopefully stand her in good stead. |

Joseph Aneke for Hillingdon
Joseph was a board member of Hillingdon Homes Ltd for four years, and a prison officer committee member for three years. He is a Foundation Governor for St. Raphael's Primary School Ealing. He holds a master Degree in European politics and Public policy. He is an active member of Catholic Knight of St. Columbia in Botwell in Hayes Middlesex. He has great interest in mental health problems and would support and encourage good social care practices in the UK generally. Finally, Joseph is a man who believes that the disabled, old and young and people with challenging behaviours should be supported in all respect |

Alicia Etchegoyen for Kensington & Chelsea
Alicia’s background is in Child Psychiatry and Psychoanalysis. She is interested in developing the agenda for social inclusion, with particular reference to improving services for women. Alicia believes that educational and training opportunities should go hand in hand with the provision of accessible mental health services for all ages. She is a Trustee and Governor of the Caldecott Foundation, a residential school for disadvantaged children and a Governor for the Kensington and Chelsea College of Further Education. |

Russell lives and works in London and committed to the principles of accountability, best practice and social care within the Trust. He believes that we should care for each member of society as we would for a member of our own family. |

Henry Arthurs for Greater London Area
Having been a mental health service user himself, Henry has a deep interest in mental health issues. He says that he knows how often these are misunderstood or simply not recognised. Henry would like to help raise awareness of how mental health issues impact on service users and their carers and of how important it is that patients themselves are at the very centre of their own care. He has a background in accountancy and financial audit and is keen to ensure the Trust achieves good value for money from the resources it has at its disposal. |

Barry Colin Gibbins for Ealing, Hounslow, Hammersmith & Fulham
Barry has been a resident in the local area for over 15 years and an actively involved member of the community. Having assisted with many individual service users and having been a service user himself, he strongly believes each individual should be treated in a consistent way and deserves understanding, respect and personal dignity from all involved. |

Paul Byrne for nursing staff
Paul has 20 years experience at CNWL which provides good knowledge of challenges facing the Trust. He is the lead nurse for children's services and believes that quality of care should be at the top of the Trust agenda. |

Rami is the project lead for relapse prevention in Brent and committed to improving nursing standards. He actively promotes the voice of ethnically diverse minorities and is determined to have a positive impact on future direction of the Trust. |

Kostas Agath for medical staff
Kostas is a sociologist and consultant psychiatrist in the field of substance misuse. He is interested in user and carer involvement, prioritising the needs of vulnerable groups, and workforce development. |

Charlotte Green for Allied Health Professionals
Charlotte is a clinical psychologist and trade union representative. She is interested in the development of clinically effective and responsive services across the Trust; to serve patients and to strengthen our services within an increasingly competitive market. |

Ann Sheridan for social care staff
Ann holds both nursing and social work qualifications and is actively engaged in ensuring seamless social care provison. She positively champions the empowerment of service users. |

Kay Robertson for other staff
Kay has recently joined the Trust as an Employment Specialist, and brings experience from the private, public and third sectors. She feels that being a 'newcomer' will enable her to bring a fresh perspective, and hopes to increase staff paricipation and decision-making. |

Ketan is a councillor in the London Borough of Brent. He passionately believes in the Trust continuing to providing a high quality medical and general care service to all the users within our community. He is a lawyer by profession and sits on a number of public bodies, including as a Chairman of the Valuation Tribunal for England. |
